Traditionally, you would either count the length of your inhale/exhale, or have an instructor count for you, when doing Pranayama. This app takes away that need, with both auditory and visual cues to let you know when to breath in and then out.
Breathe allows you to customize how deep you breathe and how long you will practise for. Start with a two second inhale and four second exhale then move up as your lung capacity increases. (Remember to breath from your diaphragm.)
